Whitchurch & Ganarew Memorial Hall is a registered charity held in trust for the villagers of Whitchurch, Ganarew and surrounding areas. We are committed to ensuring that it generates sufficient income to cover its running costs as well as making a contribution to the maintenance of the facilities. As you will see below the hire charges are much lower than for other commerical venues.

Party Hire: Cleaning/damage deposit of £250 required in advance

|Loan of tables and chairs to local organisations & Charitable events, suggested donation:||£30 or £1 per table, 50p per chair|

|Special Rate: Main Hall & Kitchen for fund raising charities (eg. Church, School, Macmillan) for a maximum of 5 hours NB: This does not include hire of AV equipment, which is charged at the above rates.||£40|

Attached is a copy of The Hall’s ACRE Hall Agreement in full. A hire agreement, individually tailored to each hire will be issued by our Booking Clerk on request.
